Hello - hoping someone can help. My cameras are no longer detecting motion and therefore I’m not receiving any notifications to my phone. I’ve tried to re-boot base station, remove and re-install app to no avail - Any other ideas to fix this please?

Arm the cameras and then verify on the Live View screen that motion is really active ; running man(web) or ball with lines(apps) will be Black not gray
If they are and not detecting motion, then remove devcies ( cameras ) and re install ( sync ) as if new... this will rebuild the defaults in the base
