Can I have an email address of support team ?

the html form (that is not a pure html) in the support page does not work.

Email basically doesn't work at any time and there's no real email address. Use either the chat or phone options:

chat does not work too. Becaus I am outside my country for vacation I wouldn't want use the phone to make international call.
