I bought the Ultra cameras with the understanding I would receive one year Smart coverage as advertised on the website. This was one of the reasons for me buying Arlo cameras. I called Arlo support and they told me they no longer offer the one year and instead it is only a three month period.. I explained the website shows one year and the lady on the phone said no way it says one year...it does believe me. I will not but another Arlo product period. I don’t like being cheated.

Do you have the Ultra or Ultra 2 camera. The original Ultra came with a 1 year trial but the Ultra 2 comes with a 3 month trial. Not sure if it changed for the original Ultra.

Got a link? I can't find it. The box tells you how long the trial is which is what counts.
