Prorated plan upgrade?

I currently have 10 cameras on the Arlo Smart Premier plan. I'd like to add two more cameras which means I'd need to upgrade to the Arlo Smart Elite plan. When I go to the upgrade page, it wants me to pay $149 for the Elite plan even though I'm only 3 months into my Premier plan (i.e., I paid $99 for the elite plan, so I would expect a prorated price for the Elite plan). Does anyone know how this works? Will I receive a refund for the unused 9 months of my Premier plan?

Never mind, I discovered that if you cancel your current plan you'll receive a prorated refund. Then upgrade.
