I received a notification from last week but cannot open (says link expired)

HW Version H7 Serial Number 48E35B77A0960 48B45975C00E2 48B4597RC1045 Firmware 1.3.314

 

I have an Arlo smart priemier subscription I got notifications from the last week but I cannot open it. It says link expired.. Video do not appear in the library as well. Can you helo please?

The links only exist for 24 hours. If you have the free basic plan, the videos are only available for 7 days. It sounds like it's rolled off the end normally. If you really need it back, you can try temporarily upgrading your subscription to Premier and see if it shows up again. Afterwards you can cancel the subscription.

 

It's on you to download any potentially useful videos so they don't get lost. And NEVER delete any since they will never be able to be recovered.
