Arlo sent me several promotional emails about their Smart Premier program for $5.99 for 12 months. I have been with Arlo for several years and thought I would give it a try. My first charge came through for $9.99 and Arlo won’t honor the promotion. Has anyone else had this problem? I intend to dispute the charge and then cancel the service if necessary. This is false advertising as I met the terms of the offer.
