Advise if Arlo Smart worth the money? Want to have it on 24/7.

Anyhoo, looking at arlo smart, wondering if people can advise if its worth the money. I live on a road that has a fair bit of traffic, and with the heat the cameras are constantly going off. For this reason i only have them on at night, but would like to have on 24/7.
So my understanding is it will notify you of people, deliveries, things that actually matter but not of passing cars or animals.
Does it impact the time taken to let you know?
Any help appreciated.
