Preview Pictures On Android Phone

For a while, when I'd get an alert on my phone, I could swipe from the top and see a preview picture of what the video was showing. For some reason, it doesn't have that picture anymore. It only has an alert "ie person detected on garage cam".

 

Is there something I can do to get those preview pictures back so I don't have to open the Arlo App evertime I get an alert?

Hi @SECDAL,

 

To receive rich notifications (which is seeing the image of what the camera recorded), you'll need to have Arlo Smart. You can read more about it here: What is the Arlo Smart rich notification feature?
