No one can answer my questions about billing

I’m so pissed I’ve had 5 REPRESENTATIVES SAY THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NOT ONE HAS..AS I WAS IN THE PHONE WITH THE 4th REP SHE SAID THE OTHER REP TRIED TO CALL ME AND THATS A FLAT OUT LIE IM SITTING ON THE DAMN PHONE WITH ARLO AS WE SPEAK !!

Arlo says it’s my credit card and my plan expired But still taking my payment Out each month..want me to update my plan wen we try they say it’s my phn so I find a computer but the site isn’t working Still so they want me to find and android to update my plan and wen I do get on a one their site still isnt working now the 5th person and 2nd supervisor will call me back in a hour..so I’m waiting for 5 call backs and none have happened yet..ya rite their not guna call back THERE FULL OF IT!! and we can’t get anyone in the US if so someone update me please lol THANK YOU
