Arlo Smart uses advanced algorithms to determine what caused motion for an alert. Occasionally, the algorithm will detect something in a recording incorrectly, resulting in a different label than what you might expect.

The algorithm for this is constantly being tuned and refined for improved accuracy. So over time, you will see more accurate labels.
