We are unable to receive a password reset link to for an Arlo Smart Service account. The email isn't caught in quarantine or junk folders. I can run a message trace on the receiving email account and nothing hits the mailbox regarding password resets.
The user did try to first create an account instead of using the account that we granted him access too through the console.
I have used the web interface and app to try to reset the password.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
