Over 200 notifications with motion turned off

This is just one thing after another with Arlo.  Notifications for all other motion is turned off, reset 3 times, toggled them on and off and nothing will stop it.  How can you be at work or even in public with your phone dinging you every couple off minutes.

When did this issue first occur? What other trouble shooting steps have you performed so far? What version of the Arlo app are you using?

Shayne latest version of the app, most of yesterday for the first ( 3 resets and flipping toggles on and off) and  then it just quit by evening and started acting as it should.  The main issue left for now is getting a notification at 3 or 4 AM for a person on my front porch each night that is always a moth.  No excuse in 2020 for recognition that poor.
