I only have 28 days of recording on a 30 day contract. Is there any way to get the other two days? I have the police calling for copies of a video from day 29 and would like to get that restored. No one on the Arlo chat responded to my request. Is there a support email address?

Make sure there's no filter set in the library. Reboot the base. Try both the app and a web browser to see if there's a difference. Otherwise, contacting support is the only way to see if they can help. The phone call may be a better solution than chat - try both at the same time.
