My bank contacted me and informed me they had to cancel my credit card due to some fraud charges. Days (not weeks not months) later I uploaded the new credit card into my arlo account. Arlo refuses to give me my old plan back and wants to charge me quadruple for my new plan to have the same feature. Because I didn't update my card the same day they asked me to. Well I cannot update my card with one not yet in my possession as the bank had not yet sent the replacement to me yet. A representative said they would try to get a discount for me but that was also denied without any reason.
