I have an Arlo Smart subscription for a single camera that has worked fine, but have just bought an additional base station and two cameras (pro 2 instead of pro) and have replaced the camera that was covering my front door (and on the smart plan) with one of the new ones. However, I don't seem to be able to move the subscription over to this new camera.
The new cameras show in the system and show as being enabled , etc. but when I drag the new camera to be smart enabled it says that I don't have a plan.
I thought it might be an issue with the app and so tried via the browser and here I can only see the previously enabled camera in the smart section.
How do I add my new camera to be smart enabled?
