Pro 3 Floodlight cant add a smart plan

Please help I live in the UK and want to add a smart plan and the website will not allow me to do it.

The app will not allow me either.

Love the camera but pretty pointless without a plan.

Where was the system set up? Has to be in a country where the plan is available. Removing and reinstalling the system may be needed.

Thanks bought and used in UK have reset but still won’t let me buy a plan

Any error messages? Maybe some screenshots so we can see what you do would help.

Also, try both the app and web client.
