Is there a reason why you cant immediately go back 30 days. Created a start point about 8 days ago?

A while back ( year or more ) when you upgraded, it allowed you to get vids ( providing you had a previous account) back to the service level.... in this case 30 days.

It hasn’t worked for a while now, so now you can only go back to the time the account upgraded which I assume was 8 days ago.
