I’ve had to contact chat several times tonight due to me having to make two payments because it keeps saying that my subscription is due when I know it’s not yet it’s saying if I don’t make a payment my service will be interrupted. Is anyone else having this issue?? I’ve had to take screenshots of my bank account with all these 32.09 payments!! Smh! Only to be told I will get 30% off the next 3 months. How bout REIMBURSE ME!

I would like someone to look into this further.  Can you please dm me a good phone number as well as a good time to call.  You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
