How to turn off notifications to sign up for Arlo Smart?

Because of all your abrasive commercial notifications I receive when I log into my Arlo Web Portal, how and/or where do I go to turn these notifications totally off. I’m sure you feel the need to up-sell however, enough is enough! I await your prompt reply with answer(s) that will meet my satisfaction.

Thank you Arlo for addressing my request in a timely manner. Your silence is deafening! Here are the two up-sell images I'm wanting not to see moving forward along with any future up-sell images.

Does this pop up when you first log on to the web portal? And does this still pop-up when you hit "Maybe Later"?
