I am very frustraited with the difficulty JUST to get get an invoice? Anyone else have this problem
1) I look at Arlo.com with no invoice option.
2) Look at the support site and told that I need to contact support to get an invoice
3) I call, but there is no customer support opition, just technical support.
It should not be so hard JUST to get an invoice!!!
To add insult to injury I was asked to fill out a form to indicate how satisfied I am with the website. Well, that provided an error and did not take my response.

I do not know why thats not possible to get a specification of the bill of the smart plan in a pdf or similar monthly and a oversight of the year to use in my accounts in my company where I use my cameras?

Monthly invoices still not forthcoming. They even closed off the case without coming to a resolution. Since Arlo has moved my data to Cork, Ireland, they are in breach of the EU regulations relating to eInvoicing. In accordance with the regulations, I will be making a complaint to the Commerce Commission in Ireland, to investigate and place financial breaches on Arlo. I would strongly recommend everyone who has not received regular invoicing to also make complaints to ensure that Arlo adheres to their obligations for supplying invoices.

Seriously - This has to be sorted. Customers are now telling you Arlo you are starting to fail in your subscription product delivery. I am seriously looking at creating a push process to my Google Drive from my base so that I can still keep my videos and not pay a subscription fee. I would rather increase my google drive, at least I know I will get an invoice from them.
Time to be creative to a problem that could have been fixed by Arlo

I have the same issue. I was told by support that the invoice can be found inside the app. If it is indeed there, it's exceptionally well hidden. Any chance of getting a screen shot to point people in the right direction?
Edit: On the phone with CS right now, they tell me that the engineering department is still working on this feature so I may need to request an invoice. This contradicts what I was told about it being available in the app.

I had to call the support line and speak to a CS agent in order to get an invoice emailed for Aug. and Sept. My support ticket was ignored.

My support ticket got acknowledged after more than a week. The agent apologized and said they were transitioning to a new system After several days of waiting, I got on support chat and they got my receipt for me. The process is still too complicated.

I am not sure where to post this but I'd like some confirmation. I started my company's subscription in 2019 and until July 2020, I received an monthly invoice via email. In September 2020, when it came time to turn in my invoices, I realized that I did not receive an Arlo invoice. I had to call support to request the August 2020 invoice because: (1) there is no place to download an invoice on the website under my account; and, (2) there was no simple way to request a copy of an invoice without calling support. The support person I just spoke to said that as of Aug 2020, Arlo stopped sending invoices via email because Arlo was trying to implement a solution in the app. Arlo doesn't make doing business very easy for businesses. When does Arlo think this situation will be resolved?

Is there any news of when this service is going to happen..........This is getting shameful. I am starting to look at Nest Aware, their plans are cheaper and the invoices arrive to your email every month without having to ask!
Saving up to shift over to a different system. This is just stupid now!
