Help with smart plan

This company in customer service. They offer a promotion and their system does not allow competition. Try the live chat and you are stuck in a holding pattern, then promised to get back to me and don't. No easy way to contact customer service. Like the cameras and want to join the smart plan. Frustrated to say the least.

Having the same issue. Promo code in email is invalid. Link to tech support results in "Page not found".

@Lew53  @ShayneS  Yea i just checked that link and the one at the bottom of this page and got the same. "page not found"  but on a  arlo web page
