I made the mistake of setting up e911 and then had issues and want to disable e911. After reading numerous threads for 2018 I tried deleting all cameras and the base station and starting from scratch (unsuccessful) and then disabling my free one year premiere subscription. The e911 functionality is now "unavailable" since the subscription is cancelled but I'd like my free subscription back for the ~$1K. I tried calling into Arlo support and that folks were very friendly but clueless on how to address my issue. Any suggestions out there on how to proceed? I feel very foolish now for dropping $1K on the 4 camera Ultra system and my 15-day window to return the system to Best Buy is now gone.
