Ghost Camera In HomeKit?

Just got an Apple Watch so I decided to add Arlo to home since their is no native app.

 

i get one blank camera in home that it will not connect to, the Arlo app is fine and shows everything right, I have rebooted the base station.

 

i think this is possibly a camera tied to my Arlo account from an RMA. I have always deleted cameras from the base when they were taken down and again Arlo app/web is just fine.

 

Any suggestions? Factory reset base is not an option, it took a crap ton of tweaking to get everything just right.

Please reach out to support they will be able to look into this further.  Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the closet to the behavior you are seeing.
