General Smart motion alerts when they are disabled, Arlo Ultra

I only have people and vehicle alerts selected but am getting general motion alerts as well.

I have reset the device, enabled and disabled alerts. Firmware is updated.

I still get regular motion alerts rather than the ones I selected and it kind of defeats the purpose of smart alerts.

Any tips?

I'm having the same problem. I'm getting motion alerts despite only having people & animals selected & a zone created. Everything is updated (software on all devices involved) and the camera is connected to power. This began before the outage & was not resolved when the outage was fixed. I have to turn off that camera, which defeats the purpose of having it, or my phone "dings" all day. Please look into this. It was working flawlessly until about a day or two prior to the outage.

same here and it's getting irritating, bedn going on for a f days now

I should have added, it's not just on the android app but the iphone also
