I've raised a support request about a month back which despite no resolution it was closed . I'd been requested to call the phone line but when I did I was subjected to very long waits and never got through. I left my call back number and nobody call me. Then the ticket was closed even after a request not to close it.
I have since raised another ticket on the same issue. NOBODY has responded in any way. The ticket remains open.
The issue is that ARLO enticed me to enter a new monthly billing of the Multi Camera Arlo Smart plan with a 25% discount for the first year. My account records show I've been changed to monthly billing, but at full price.
How do I raise a complaint given nobody is acknowledging my issue?
