Cannot upgrade plan

Hi I Just finished to read that can't upgrade plan in some countries I think it is not fair when I bought the Arlo cameras on Amazon and I read carefully all details on the cameras and it wasn't mansioned any where. I can't contact support. Pls I ask to consider to upgrade my plan I bought 2 pack of Arlo 2 it cost me 2G I'm very disappointed. What can I do ???

I Live in Ecuador.

 

This is the reason that I disapointed becouse Arlo do not high light that you "cant use all Arlo's feathers in every country"
