Cannot susbscribe to Arlo SMART

When I try to subscribe to ARLO SMART, using the free trial trial, the continue button stays grayed out and will not allow me to click it.  I input all the information and credit card information and accept the terms and conditions. I have attempted this mulitple times on different devices (phone and computer) and still no luck.

Are you entering all of your information correctly? It sounds like there may be an error in the information entered which is not allowing you to continue through the subscription flow. Are you still experiencing an issue?
