Cannot Subscribe to Smart Plan. No option to subscribe?

I have 4 Arlo pro cameras that record with no problem.  I recently added an Arlo 3 camera to my system but cannot get it to record anything.  I believe that I have to subscribe to a plan however in "my arlo" there's no option to subscribe.  Have tried support 2 different times with no resolution.  I reside in the United States.  Hope you can help.

Have you tried via the web access with browser ?

Just figuring this all out myself... there's a different login view, it's not available in the dashboard. Go to https://www.arlo.com/en-us/arlosmart.html scroll down to bottom and select Subscribe now on the plan you want to go with. It will prompt you to login to your account.

Just adding it is very disappointing some products work fine with recording to library with limited time to live, but others REQUIRE subscriptions.
