Cannot Purchase Arlo Smart Plan from Arlo.com

When I attempt to purchase an Arlo Smart Plan from Arlo.com, I receive the attached error.


"Subscription

No subscription"
 
I am U.S. Based.
 
I opened a case on Friday with no response so far.
 
Please advise
