I have called Arlo support 5 times and have had my issue escalated 4 times with a promise for a resolution within 48hours. A month later, not one single reply back from anyone. I don't know where else to go, so posting here.
All I want to do is sign up to Arlo's multi-plan. Seems pretty simple, but no one at Arlo seems interested in my business?!?! On mobile or desktop devices, the "Subscription" tab is missing from my Settings. Doesn't matter what browser or device, it's not there. I am the primary account holder and at a loss. I just paid $250 for an extra camera that I can't even add on without this plan 😞 HELP!

Provide a screenshot of the Settings page so we can see what you do. Where do you live? Have you reinstalled the app and cleared the browsers' caches?
