Can't find UK time zone. How to set?

I’ve gone into settings and I can’t see a uk time zone
Any ideas?????

@Suzymax1.,

 Go to Settings > My Devices > (select your base station here > Time Zone and try scrolling down until you see (UTC) Greenwich Mean Time: Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London and see if that works for you.
