Can't add camera's to arlo smart plan, support number closed

Any idea how I can add camera's to my Arlo Smart plan? I currently have 2x Pro 3 camera's on a 3 month trial which just realised it runs out tomorrow. Want to add the camera's to my current smart plan but clicking on the manage camera's option in subscription doesn't do anything and just tried ringing the support number to get a response saying support is only available Monday to Friday.
I thought Arlo Support was 7 days a week??
