Can I cancel my 3 month trial if I have purchased a smart subscription?

I have a 3 month trial which expires in 10 days. I have purchased a smart plan but when I look at the cameras via my iPhone, it shows that I only have a trail and not a smart plan (subscriptions on the phone does not show a plan in place but when I log in via the web it shows a plan in subscriptions).  

 

Do I need to cancel the trail and hope the smart plan kicks in or do I wait for the trail to end and the smart plan take over it...... or do I do something else....  

 

The idea situation would be for the camera to show the two plans - the trail which expires on May 20th and then the Smart plan kicking in.....

You should be able to move the camera into the paid subscription now - though I haven't done that for a while, and forget the exact steps.

 

If you wait until the trial expires, you can select the paid subscription, and use manage cameras to add the camera to the subscription.

Thanks - I will remove the devices from the trial and see if they pick up the mart plan
