Base station unavailable for remote access

Can’t access base station recordings remotely after the update. 
reconfigured the port forwarding on the app and router still no luck. Trial recently ended with another ultra 2 camera xl. These glitches are getting annoying. Fix the problem Arlo!!

WHat base/hub? Only the VMB4540 and 5000 SmartHubs can use the app to view local recordings.

 

Have you verified the base/hub's IP address and configured the router to assign a static IP address to it?

I sure have. I haven’t tried a factory reset yet

Factory reset solved the issue.
