I deleted my Arlo by mistake When I tried to reconnect the Arlo on my phone it shows the icon but does not show my cameras or base station It allows me to sign into my account It also tells me I have to contact the admin which is me

Not sure what you disconnected but the fast thing to try is to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Press the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. STart fresh by using the Add Device button (web) or + (app) to claim the base. Sync the cameras normally.
