I’m paying for the new smart feature and have called twice my cameras will pick it up 1 x. Then won’t again. I’ve rebooted the cameras. They have no idea. Anyone know what’s going on. I’m paying for this subscription and cameras won’t do it

Could you clarify with calling twice and the camera will only pick it up one time? Are you mentioning that the cameras are not detecting motion properly? And which Arlo cameras are you having problems with?
