Arlo does not give me the option to contract the "smart plan"

I have this problem, I have 2 cameras and 1 doorbell, I want to contract the ultra plan, but when I press the "subscribe now" button it sends me to my account where it only says "not subscribed", how can we arrange this, to be able to contract the service? I attach the reference image, it is in Spanish, but the same happens in the English version.

Where are you located? Only select countries can subscribe to the various plans. There's an FAQ here in the support section that details what countries can get subs and what the cost is.
