Hi! I have a few queries regarding Arlo Ultra:
1. Can I record 4-hour continuously?
2. Is it possible to start and stop recording when I want?
3. Can I use a Smart Plan to save these 4-hour videos to the cloud?
4. Can I download these 4-hour videos from the cloud?
5. Can I provide live camera viewing rights to others? If yes, is there a maximum number of people who can be given viewing rights?
6. Can I manage all this from a laptop and not the app?

Thanks in advance!

1) Not normally. They're battery-operated. If you use AC power, you can subscribe to CVR.

2) Yes. Use live view and manually record.

3) No. SMart is just a way to identify what tripped the recording (people, cars, animals).

4) See above replies.

5) Yes. You can grant access to others. There is also a setting to grant additional rights, if desired. There's an FAQ here on the differences.

6) Yes.

Just want to add that CVR won't let you download or otherwise access just a segment of the continuous recording.
