Arlo Smart Subscription - All Cameras Inactive and can't make any of them active

Hi, 

 

I have an Arlo smart subscription that was working great, I've just received a new Base station VMB4500r2 and I have migrated my cameras from the original to the new.  

 

However I'm now in a situation where my Smart Subscription has no active cameras and I'm unable to change this.  Any ideas on how to fix?  At present paying for a subcription for no benefit?
