Hi!
We're a small nature learning center and currently have 16 Pro2 cameras on a business plan. They're spread around the property mostly to keep an eye on the visitors, but we've had some luck catching a lot of the local wildlife on camera as well. To this end, we just purchased (waiting to arrive) an Arlo Ultra Set of Four Cameras & Base Station specifically for catching the wildlife (versus the visitors) in the act. The Ultra set comes with 1 year of Arlo Smart Premier service and rolling 30 day cloud recordings (up to 10 cameras).
So . . . what's the best way and preferably least expensive way to get all these cameras on one plan? Or, are they really two separate plans. and if so can they still be under a single account? Any clarification or recommendations are very much appreciated! - Thanks!

All business plans are limited to 1080p. If you want 4K for the ultras, the best approach is to use the home Elite plan for them (and not use the legacy premier trial plan that came with the camera). That would cost an additional $14.99 per month.
If you are ok with 1080p, then stick with the free premier plan until it expires, and switch to the professional business plan when it expires. With current pricing that will cost somewhat less than the Elite plan (~$12 per month instead of $15). For the extra money, you'd get longer retention than you get with the 16 camera business plan. Of course pricing 12 months from now might be different than today's pricing.
I've never had a business plan, so I don't know if you can combine them in one account. Perhaps @JamesC will chime in. But there is a simple work around - you should be able to grant access to the ultra cameras to the business account.
