Arlo Smart Notifications setup as “people” only but still sending me all motion alerts

Smart Notifications has been working OK until today. Keep sending me all motion detection alerts when I only selected “people” option.
I have 6 Arlo cameras and so far tested two of them having the same issue.
Contact support twice and it is a horrible experience. I felt like was dealing with robots.
Talked with two reps and keep telling me to reset the camera, hubs, settings but refused to escalate the case further up.

Last rep even told me to setup activity zones and reduce camera sensitivity. Had to explain why those work around won’t work for me after a whole day effort. Going no where.

So anyone knows any tricks or should I just sell my Arlo cameras

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.
