Our finance dept is trying to locate past. present and future confirmation of payment emails which I have received however they are no longer coming to me. We are unable to work out what has happened however I need to these to go against our monthly bank statement. Can anyone tell me where I should go to find this info or how to check they have the right details?
Any help would be appreciated as I am going around in a loop now. The customer service is non-existent on here!

I aslo have this problem. My accounts department require me to provide invoices for all financial transactions. I'm not getting invoices emailed to me. Nor does there appear to be any way to download them from the website (which I see as a shortcoming - every other online business I use has options to download invoices).
it's just such a waste of time to just download a receipt.
I can't contact the support ("Live Chat not available" and your support form doesn't work).
Can you send me asap the receipt?
