It's all about positioning so motion is across the FOV. Post a screenshot for suggestions.

Hi Dennis142018,
The cameras work best when a subject walks across the FOV (field of view) rather than coming directly toward or away. The camera also has 110 Degree FOV & works best when positioned at 7' & tilted slightly down. So try to get the best position possible to maximize it's sensors. Here is a KB that may assist you - How do I position my Arlo Wire-Free or Arlo Pro Wire-Free camera?
