Any fix for 1 year subscription? Cannot cancel old subscription and would like activate.

I just purchased the arlo today and am wondering if there has been a fix for the 1yr subscription problem, I can not cancel an old subscription as this is my first arlo purchase and account I just would like to know how to activate the free yr subscription thanks

The free year subscription applies to the Ultra camera, not the Pro 2.  Can you confirm that you purchased a Pro 2?

Yes I have the arlo pro2 4 cameras and a hub set them all up yesterday connection was smooth

The advertising for the free yr subscription was for all products aside from the single camera purchase. There is a very extensive thread about this in the community
