1- Is the firmware engineered to detect activity IN the zone or OUT of the zone? With IN the zone i mean the area with the color layered over the zone.

2- Has there been made any cloud processing for users on battery? Yes this will still drain battery but at least you will get correct notifications. I believe this is not been fixed since i received 350 notifications this morning.

3- Does it work correctly on connected power?

Im on elite subscription and that does not seem to help on false detections. It’s time for arlo to really do some work with these issues.

1) in the zone or colored area

2) triggers in the zone still record, tho when sent upstream the server make a decision if it fits settings , and then sends alert if so and saves to library

3) don't know if on ac, but can say zones still not working on battery...it is in the fix to come

My answer to your answer number 2-

Doesn’t the whole FOV record triggers and then the cloud processes it to determine? In my case this absolutely did not work since it obviously accepted 350 recordings in to the library.

Does anyone know of solar panel will act as if constant power?
