8 out of 10 cameras are able to record but other 2 will not. Thought Smart Premier supports?

I have 10 cameras and my current subscription “Smart Premier” is suppose to support 10. 8 of the 10 are able to record but when trying to set up the other 2 cameras, when motion is detected, it will not allow me to select record. Confused as I thought my subscription supported 10 cameras.

Arlo changed subscription models a few months ago. That has caused issues when trying to change the old legacy subscriptions. Unfortunately, the only real fix is to unsubscribe and get the new one which support up to 5 cameras with the ability to add more cameras on a per camera basis at a discount.

Resubscribe and see $149.99/yr for 20 cameras go to $449.10/yr? No.

The calculations for extra cameras seem to be designed to require a brain the size of a planet. It is as if they want to confuse us.
Arlo subscription plans and cloud recording
The basic is $9.99/month, $119.88 a year. (Why no annual discount?)
"When you add a single-camera subscription to a multi-camera subscription, the price of the single-camera subscription is half off."
To get from five to 10 cameras you pay 12 * 5 * (2.99 * 0.5) = $89.70 a year.
Grand total $299.28. A snip at twice the price you were paying! Hmmm.
Did they take your money?

I said you need a brain the size of planet, which rules me out.

🤣
FWIW, I entered the formula into google (which might be the scale that's needed).
