Hi,

I have 2 Arlo pro 3 cameras, and was wondering if i could get 2 single camera subscriptions for each 1, or do i have to purchase the unlimited subscription as i have more than 1?

Thanks.

AFAIK you can purchase multiple single camera subscriptions.  Let us know if you have trouble doing that.

Note that if you are still in the trial - payments on the subscriptions starts immediately, they are not deferred until the trial ends.

ckane84,

If you have 2 cameras, you could purchase a single camera subscription for each of them but if you plan to add more cameras, it may be better value to purchase the Arlo Secure Plus plan for unlimited cameras. For more information on subscription plans, takes a look here: https://kb.arlo.com/88/What-are-the-available-Arlo-subscription-plans-and-how-much-cloud-recording-i...

I cannot find a way to add the second single camera plan, please help. I already have one plan and would like to add a second one. The multi-camera plan makes no sense.

Astrid001,

What plan do you currently have? For more information on plans, take a look here: https://kb.arlo.com/88/What-are-the-available-Arlo-subscription-plans-and-how-much-cloud-recording-i...

I had written a response in this thread detailing how to purchase the second single-camera subscription, but it was inexplicably deleted. It's now been some months so I can't remember the exact procedure, but if I recall correctly, you just go through the "Subscriptions" page in the app (you can follow the instructions in the link above for this). "Single camera" will already be selected as "Current Plan" but just keep hitting continue and it will eventually give you the option to add your second camera on a second single-camera plan.
