Unable to connect t o security light and bridge - no smartphone

I've had 3 cameras conencted and have monitored them via the website on my desktop. I just tried to add the security bridge and lights, but am unable to connect to them without a mobile app. Is there a way to connect them to my account and continue using desktop? I do not have a smartphone.

you cant connect the arlo bridge in desktop, because you have to scan the QRcode

You may be able to borrow someone's phone, load the app to get them set up, and then uninstall the app. Once set up, you can use the browser.
