My Arlo security light is connected to the bridge and I can see it on the app but the bulb seems to be burnt out. How can it be replaced?

It's an LED "bulb" and is likely soldered in so you'd have to figure out how to disassemble the light, replace the LED (if it's even possible to find one) and then reassemble, paying attention to seals to ensure it's weather-tight. Not for the faint of heart. LEDs don't regularly burn out so I'd suggest removing the light from your account and add it back to see if that helps. Also check your modes and rules to ensure an appropriate mode is selected and has rules that would turn the light on. Reinserting the battery should also turn the light on briefly to show that power has been connected. A dead battery would obviously cause no light to be turned on.
