I have 3 security lights (AL1101) connected to a Bridge that have been running for multiple years without issue. One of my cameras went offline after a dead battery. When I put in a charged battery the light turns on & never goes off. It still shows offline during that time. If I plug it into a power supply, it does the same. Light stays on indefinitely and never connects to Bridge. Holding sync button doesn't do anything. I removed the device from my Bridge but cannot add it back. I reset my Bridge and it still can't sync b/c the light never goes into sync mode. I figured I'd see if anyone has a solution before tossing it in the trash.

Similar problem here with 4 Arlo Pro 5s. All went offline last night 30.03. to 31.03.2024.
All other network devices like cameras (other brands) sound, house automation, etc. works without any issue.
Reconnect and even reset do not work. At the moment are these 4 cameras worthless and cannot be used.

This should be resolved, can you please take a look and see if you are still seeing the same behavior?

I'm seeing no change on the spotlight. I put in a fresh battery and the light stays on permanently. Holding the SYNC button doesn't do anything.

It sounds like that one may need replaced.

My Arlo Security Lights suddenly started working again in the past week, after not doing anything for a couple of months.
I actually assumed they had been end-of-lifed but did not get around to replacing them with some Arlo Pro 5s cameras I have sitting around. I have 4 of these lights in the back yard, networked to all turn on when motion is detected by one of my Arlo cameras or one of the lights. It works pretty well (again). Thanks!
